## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years in spacecraft or aerospace system integration or manufacturing engineering
- Understanding of satellite subsystems including avionics, structures, propulsion, and harnessing
- CAD tool proficiency
- Knowledge of GD&T and assembly tolerances
- Cleanroom and ESD control experience
- Lean manufacturing and process control methodology
- Cross-functional collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with satellite assembly, integration, and testing
- High-reliability aerospace hardware experience in low-volume production
- Tooling design and supplier management experience
- Knowledge of CFR Part 21, NASA-STD, ECSS, and AS9100D
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Automation or advanced manufacturing technology experience
