## Required

- JD or CPA
- M&A and transactional tax experience from law firm, Big 4, or in-house team
- Federal and state tax expertise in corporate transactions
- Tax due diligence experience
- M&A tax provision drafting and negotiation
- Post-acquisition integration tax support

## Nice to have

- 7-10 years of tax experience with significant M&A exposure
- LL.M. in Taxation or MST
- General tax advisory experience
- Joint venture and partnership tax experience
- REIT experience
- Data center and infrastructure tax experience
- Tax background at high-growth technology company
- State and local tax (SALT) knowledge
- Equity compensation tax expertise in acquisitions
- Cross-border acquisition tax experience
- Exceptional communication and translation of complex tax issues
- Comfort with ambiguity and building processes in fast-paced environments
