## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 5 years in R&D, product development, product marketing, or customer-facing roles in life sciences
- Fluent English in global multi-functional environment
- Proficiency in conventional and advanced analytical methods for bioprocess quality assessment
- Strong understanding of drug substance process development and bioprocess manufacturing
- Ability to communicate effectively and present at conferences or lectures
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 20% overnight within territory

## Nice to have

- Experience applying PAT methodologies to connected/continuous processing or advanced process control in bioprocessing
- Agile product development experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in large complex organizations
- Strategy development or strategic product planning experience
