- 3+ years in Systems Engineering or IT Engineering

- Device management platform experience (Jamf, Microsoft Intune or similar)
- Okta implementation and management
- Troubleshooting on macOS and Windows
- Independent operation and full ownership of IT infrastructure
- Onsite work with real-time employee support
