- 10 years of health plan or account management experience, including large group accounts
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic account relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with Medicaid managed care programs and state Medicaid agencies
- Experience leading collaborative strategic planning and creating financial business cases
- Ability to balance customer needs with regulatory and business requirements
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs, federal and state legislative and regulatory issues
- Experience developing presentations for customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage escalations and develop contingency plans
- Strong internal and external communication skills
