- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 7-10 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management experience
- 3 years of team leadership experience in procurement
- Experience in foodservice, restaurant, retail, hospitality, CPG, or multi-unit operations
- Knowledge of commodity purchasing and supplier negotiations
- Experience managing complex supplier relationships and enterprise procurement
- COGS projections and forecasting experience
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
