## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Machining experience
- Ability to work to very close tolerances
- Ability to work from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills with fractions, decimals, and measurements
- Capable of using measuring equipment for inspection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Mandatory overtime availability
