- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in facilities engineering, maintenance, or infrastructure operations
- 5+ years leading managers, supervisors, and skilled trades in complex manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience building and scaling facilities organizations
- Strong technical understanding of industrial HVAC, electrical distribution, and manufacturing utilities
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating and capital budgets
- Experience implementing maintenance and reliability programs with CMMS platforms

## Nice to have

- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or high-volume precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of Cal/OSHA, NFPA, NFPA 70E, and industrial safety programs
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP
- Experience with project management tools like Procore, Smartsheet, or Bluebeam
- Experience supporting rapid manufacturing expansion and facility commissioning
