- 5+ years of industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet networking
- 10+ years of product management or technical management experience
- 5+ years of networking protocols and data center system architecture experience
- 5+ years developing product business value propositions

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or advanced engineering degree
- Familiarity with Cloud, Telco, and Enterprise data center deployments with networking focus
- Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management
- Experience in contract negotiations and supply chain operations for silicon products
