## Required

- BS in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years experience, or MS in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-Driven Development Life Cycle and AI coding agents
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications with foundational and small language models
- Expertise in Context Engineering, RAG, and MCP architectures
- Harness engineering experience including model routing, agent execution loops, tool integration, and safety guardrails
- Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
- Experience building end-to-end features with high quality, availability, performance and scale
- Understanding of message queueing, event streaming, and data caching
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, preferably OpenSearch and PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
- Knowledge of VMware technology
