- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent work experience

- Design systems for moving and transforming data at scale using Kubernetes and Docker
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, OCI, or Azure
- Data visualization and storytelling skills using BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Understanding of engineering best practices including testing, code review, and resilient architecture
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated use of AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes

## Nice to have

- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve business problems
- Experience designing and executing enterprise-scale semantic layers for standardized analytics
- Analytics and data engineering thought leadership
- Experience with Snowflake, Amplitude, Tableau, or modern analytics platforms
