- SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies proficiency
- S/4HANA technical or application knowledge
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Senior management and C-level communication and negotiation skills

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of on-premise and corresponding SAP cloud solutions
- SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework certification via LeanIX EAM
