## Required

- Expertise in managing general agent and captive insurer contractual arrangements
- Knowledge of property and casualty coverages

## Nice to have

- Deep familiarity with MGAs and captive insurers
- Strong understanding of commercial property and casualty products
- Prior experience with insurance products including property, general liability, inland marine, commercial auto, professional liability, directors and officers liability, employee practices liability, crime, umbrella and cyber
