- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of product management in platform roles serving enterprise or developer audiences at scale
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and execute across teams and organizations

- Fluency in both policy nuance and technical systems detail, and ability to explain tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Prior product experience in trust & safety, security, privacy, or compliance

- Experience designing incident-response or escalation processes spanning multiple organizations
