- BS degree in Systems Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Proven experience in system design, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of complex multidisciplinary products
- Strong understanding of physics, electrical, mechanical, and control system fundamentals
- Experience developing and managing system requirements, specifications, interfaces, and verification documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive complex issues to resolution across cross-functional teams
- Experience with requirements management, issue tracking, and product lifecycle management tools

## Nice to have

- Experience in medical devices, radiation therapy systems, accelerators, high-voltage systems, industrial equipment, or regulated products
- Familiarity with system risk management, reliability engineering, and regulated product development processes
- Experience collaborating with external suppliers
