## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 5+ years of sanctions investigations or financial crime compliance experience
- In-depth knowledge of OFAC, UN, EU, CA, UK and major international sanctions lists
- Ability to conduct complex end-to-end investigations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in financial crime compliance systems and tools
- Ability to manage significant caseload independently

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree or professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS)
- Experience in financial institution, regulatory body, or consulting firm
