- 12+ years in customer success, solutions architecture, cloud engineering, technical account management, or related customer-facing infrastructure role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, and storage
- Experience with distributed systems and large-scale platform infrastructure
- Ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Python, Go, or shell scripting
- Track record operating effectively in fast-moving or ambiguous environments

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting AI, ML, or HPC workloads in cloud or hybrid environments
- Background in GPU capacity planning or performance optimization
- Experience building automations or internal tools at scale
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- History of turning customer pain points into repeatable processes or product improvements
