## Required

- 15+ years lending compliance or financial services regulatory experience
- 5+ years managing compliance teams
- Expert knowledge of TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, and state lending laws
- Direct loan brokering compliance experience
- Regulatory examination participation experience
- Excellent communication with executives and regulators

## Nice to have

- Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent) or J.D.
- Prior work with partner banks
- Capital Markets experience
- AI-first mindset and experience automating compliance workflows
