- Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience
- 3–5 years of related experience
- Surface Mount Technology soldering experience
- Proficiency with Schematic Capture and PCB layout software
- Excellent soldering skills
- Working knowledge of data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain operations
- Understanding of engineering and technical principles
- US Citizenship
