## Required

- Minimum 3 years restaurant general management experience in high-volume fast-paced environment

- Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations
- Strong leadership skills with coaching focus
- Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
- Minimum 3 years P&L responsibility management
- Willingness to work flexible hours
