- Experience leading cybersecurity and risk management programs for complex intelligence systems and National Security Systems
- Knowledge of IT server and client technologies including Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems and their vulnerabilities

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and the operational impact of vulnerabilities
- Ability to identify system and application security threats and design countermeasures
- Ability to organize, analyze information, and produce reports and briefings for senior leadership

- Ability to manage and lead a staff
- Eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) or Top Secret Special Access Programs
