- 8+ years of accessories design experience
- 3+ years managing a design team
- Proven experience designing headwear products (caps, hats, visors, beanies, functional headgear)
- End-to-end project ownership from research through production-ready design
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, closures, and technical construction details
- Understanding of fit, ergonomics, ventilation, and weather protection in headwear
- Knowledge of knitting techniques including yarn selection and rib structures
- Proficiency in sketching and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating authentic headwear design with functionality and consumer relevance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Attention to detail with flexible, positive approach
- Creative design portfolio submission required
