## Required

- 7+ years of product management on developer tools or marketplaces, or founder-level product instincts
- experience building and growing a two-sided surface such as an app store, plugin ecosystem, or developer platform
- bias toward shipping quickly over polish
- hands-on use of the product from both sides
- asynchronous work practices

## Nice to have

- experience with app stores or developer-platform distribution
- deep instinct for agentic and code-first integrations
- use of AI tools to optimize research and synthesis
