- Senior-level product strategy experience in complex global organizations
- Systems-level technical depth combined with business acumen and critical thinking
- Executive-level communication and ability to influence global teams

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with switch silicon, NPUs, DPUs, or merchant ASIC platforms
