## Required

- 10+ years in customer success or account management with 5+ years front-line management and 2+ years managing managers
- Direct experience leading customer success in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, life sciences, or equivalent)
- Proven track record building and managing CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML companies
- Experience managing enterprise portfolios with $1M–$100M+ annual contract values and quarter-long deployment cycles
- Ability to drive outcomes across organizations with multiple decision-makers
- Strong understanding of consumption-based and seat-based business models
- Technical fluency with AI/ML products and their deployment and security considerations
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, healthcare data security) relevant to regulated customers
- Executive presence and credibility with both business and risk-side leaders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

## Nice to have

- Experience developing repeatable frameworks, playbooks, or enablement programs that teams independently adopted
- Working knowledge of model-risk management and compliance governance gates
