- Experience translating business strategy into architecture blueprints and roadmaps
- Ability to assess current-state landscapes and define target architecture
- Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale programs
- Knowledge of application, integration, data architecture, and enterprise platforms
- Prior hands-on software development experience
- Experience with core insurance platforms including claims systems
- Deep claims processing business knowledge and experience with claims system initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in architecture governance and review boards
- Understanding of architecture standards, governance, and risk considerations
- Knowledge of system development lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with trade-off assessment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation abilities for blueprints and design materials
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
- Collaboration, leadership, and facilitation skills
