- Minimum 8 years consumer products development experience
- Experience with industrial designers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing
- Knowledge of injection molding, machining, co-molding, and rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of decoration processes: painting, metallization, laser etching, pad printing
- Tolerance stack-up and structural analysis competency
- Planning, scheduling, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 15-20% and obtain foreign visas

## Nice to have

- 10 years related work experience
- At least 4 years Creo experience
- ISDX experience
- Experience designing waterproof and impact-resistant products
- Strong materials knowledge
- Multi-country joint development experience, particularly Asia-based manufacturing with onsite work
