## Required

- Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Strong experience managing receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food manufacturing and warehousing (OSHA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, AIB, GMP, FSSC)
- Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop large teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

## Nice to have

- Lean Six Sigma certification

- 5+ years plant operations experience
