## Required

- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Process mapping and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to move from data to insight
- Thorough and precise documentation
- Independent work capability
- Clear communication skills adjusted to audience
- Familiarity with project or task tracking tools (Planner, Project, Jira)

## Nice to have

- Background in high-growth, operationally complex environments such as robotics, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms beyond basic reporting
- Experience supporting an ERP or major systems migration
