## Required

- Big 4 accounting experience in National Office, Transaction Advisory, or Capital Markets group
- In-house technology company accounting experience
- Proven leadership of complex valuations and fair value analyses
- Portfolio accounting experience for minority or strategic investments with quarterly impairment monitoring
- Deep command of US GAAP for investments, equity method, consolidation, VIEs, and fair value measurement
- Fluency in valuation concepts and ability to direct third-party valuation specialists
- Experience in investments-accounting or deal-accounting function with playbook and controls contribution
- Effective cross-functional communication with Corporate Development, Legal, and Tax
- Hands-on technical execution in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel modeling

## Nice to have

- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 4+ years owning investment or consolidation accounting end-to-end
- Deep expertise in equity securities, equity method, and consolidation accounting including VIE analysis
- Deep expertise in fair value measurement, derivatives, embedded features, and Level 3 inputs for private investments
- Deep expertise in business combinations, asset acquisitions, and contingent consideration
- Deep expertise in collaborative arrangements and revenue recognition in commercial deals
- Active CPA license
- Built investment accounting process from ground up with intake, monitoring, and SOX controls
- Prepared or reviewed investment disclosures in SEC filings
- Experience with novel AI/technology structures including compute-bundled investments and warrant arrangements
- Passion for leveraging AI to automate portfolio monitoring and financial close processes
