- Experience with cloud and data platforms, especially AWS and Databricks with hands-on pipeline or infrastructure ownership
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard design such as Tableau
- Adaptability in dynamic and collaborative environments
- Commitment to improving processes and reducing inefficiencies
- Deep curiosity about human research studies

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL database systems
- Exposure to multi-modal and sensor data
- Experience with collaborative code tools like Git including code review and engineering best practices
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude Code
