## Required

- Experience with complex software products and enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with major government distributors like Carahsoft and large systems integrators
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence across organizations
- Hands-on execution capability at both strategic and tactical levels
- Ability to travel as required
- Professional fluency in English

## Nice to have

- Technical literacy with AI-driven decision-support tools
- Knowledge of ReGenAI, Agentic AI, or multimodal AI systems
- European language fluency beyond English
