## Required

- Bachelor's degree (preferably from US/UK/Canada institution or equivalent)
- 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience
- End-to-end ownership from opportunity identification through deal closure
- Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage objections
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and consultative selling

## Nice to have

- Leadership or management experience
- Experience with fleet management or operations software
- International exposure to US/UK/Canada customers
