## Summary

Cubic Transportation Systems seeks a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs in a project environment, working with both employees and customers to build technical competencies. This role suits experienced trainers who can independently manage curriculum development, stakeholder collaboration, and training effectiveness measurement for technical systems.

## Required

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant role
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical training roles
- Knowledge of curriculum and training design principles
- Experience designing and delivering training in response to identified needs
- Ability to interpret system specifications for training material
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Experience working in project environments with technical systems

## Nice to have

- Experience with ITIL, ISO 20000, and CMMI
- Experience in Transportation or Automated Fare Collection Systems
- Banking or financial sector background
- Knowledge of software and hardware integrated products
