- 7+ years working with business data and Microsoft Office tools including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes with associated systems
- Combined experience in both IT and Finance environments
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Track record building and developing high-performing teams

## Nice to have

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in semiconductor or related technology industry
- Project and program management experience
