## Required

- U.S. work authorization (unrestricted, for non-Principal hire levels)

## Nice to have

- 4+ years customer success, account management, or commercial experience
- Track record driving digital solution adoption in healthcare
- Ability to communicate and influence across internal and customer teams
- Experience analyzing customer data and optimizing engagement strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Operating room experience from clinical, technology, consultancy, or medical device background
- Technical proficiency with product understanding
