- 6+ years software engineering experience
- 2+ years leading and managing software engineers or multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading cross-functional technical work from concept through prototype, validation, and productization
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical application in products
- Strong people leadership skills including coaching, feedback, and delegation
- Experience with agentic coding and AI development workflows
- Strong communication and project leadership in ambiguous problem spaces

## Nice to have

- 8+ years software engineering experience with 4+ years as a manager
- Professional mobile development experience in Android or iOS
- Prior experience delivering fitness, health, or wellness software products
