## Required

- 5+ years analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence engineering experience
- Lead complex cross-functional data initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption
- Advanced SQL and analytical data modeling skills
- Hands-on dbt experience with testing, version control, documentation, and data quality management
- Modern ELT and activation tools experience (Fivetran, Hightouch, or equivalent)
- Cloud data platform and warehouse experience
- Business intelligence or semantic-layer tool experience
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders
- Dimensional and analytical data modeling expertise
- Mentor and support junior technical team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

## Nice to have

- Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery experience
- Omni experience
- Python or other quantitative programming language
- AI applied to data, analytics, engineering, or business workflows
