- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field

- Experience with injection molding, EBM, and ISBM technologies
- Tolerance and stack analysis experience
- Statistical analysis tools proficiency in manufacturing

## Nice to have

- Consumer goods environment experience
- 3D CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred)
- LabVIEW, MatLab, or MiniTab programming
