## Summary

You'll translate strategy into concrete product improvements across core flows, working directly in design tools and collaborating with product and engineering to ship and measure impact.

## Required

- Significant experience designing consumer mobile products at scale
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual sophistication
- Ability to translate brand or product strategy into end-to-end experiences
- Hands-on execution of design work rather than direction-only
- Experience with user research and experimentation
- Fluency with behavioral metrics and qualitative research
- Executive communication skills for influencing senior leaders

## Nice to have

- Experience with discovery, marketplace, commerce, social or local products
- Background creating or evolving product design systems
- Prior experience as Principal Designer, Design Director or Head of Product Design
- Comfort working within technical constraints and established product legacy
