- 5+ years progressive corporate law or business/transactional experience

- Ability to adopt and use AI tools to improve legal workflows
- Strong transactional and legal writing skills
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines

## Nice to have

- SaaS contract drafting and negotiation experience
