- Expertise in operational trade execution and project management
- Knowledge of EU Customs Code and local EMEA customs laws
- Experience with import/export operations, dual-use regulations, classification, valuation, and origin
- Experience managing customs brokers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
- Leadership experience implementing digital trade compliance tools
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- English fluency spoken and written

## Nice to have

- Expertise in special customs procedures
