- 8+ years experience as a graphic designer across multiple disciplines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking and executional excellence
- Multidisciplinary experience across brand, marketing, campaigns, content, and digital surfaces
- Attention to detail and craft across typography, layout, spacing, and polish
- Collaborative approach with designers, writers, product teams, and partners
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Passion for music and culture
- Eligible to work in the US

## Nice to have

- Motion design skills and experience with After Effects or animated prototypes
- Experience with artist collaborations and partnerships
