- 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Information Management, Data Management, or Computer Science (or Master's degree with 10+ years)
- Extensive experience with Veeva Vault RIM including regulatory data objects, workflows, reporting, and integrations
- Experience as Business Capability Owner, Product Owner, or Functional Lead for Veeva Vault RIM
- Understanding of global regulatory submissions, registrations, and Health Authority interactions
- Experience with IDMP, xEVMPD, or similar structured regulatory data standards
- Experience leading enterprise governance, technology implementations, or data migration projects
- Experience partnering with Digital teams on business requirements and enterprise capabilities

## Nice to have

- Deep understanding of Regulatory Information Management and enterprise data governance
- Advanced knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM data architecture and object model
- Experience with Veeva Vault RIM Applications, Registrations, Submissions, Products, and Health Authority objects
- Experience with Tableau, Veeva reporting, or business intelligence platforms
- Leadership of enterprise data migration and regulatory technology implementations
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and Data Lake architectures
- Experience with AI, automation, advanced analytics, or Vibe Coding for regulatory processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills
