- Electrical power distribution and systems design experience
- Ability to interpret and develop electrical schematics
- Requirements-driven hardware design experience
- Classified or cybersecurity-regulated test systems experience
- Analog and digital circuit design experience
- HDI PCB design and ECAD tool proficiency
- Ability to present engineering materials
- COTS parts compliance evaluation experience
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Office proficiency

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- DoD program experience from concept through deployment
- Experience developing formal engineering documentation including technical drawings and test procedures
