- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space nationality

## Nice to have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Integration of HR systems
- SAP Fiori and cloud-based HR solutions
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into functional solutions
