- Hands-on experience with partnership accounting systems like Investran, eFront, or LemonEdge
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive business-facing technology solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Technical skills with SQL and Excel

## Nice to have

- Python or other scripting experience
- Familiarity with data pipeline technologies and orchestration tools
- Experience evaluating, implementing, or configuring AI-enabled solutions
