## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, automation engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related technical role
- Experience managing engineering projects from concept through implementation and production release
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, industrial automation, and controls systems
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, industrial networking, motion control, robotics, or machine integration
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in assembly manufacturing, medical devices, or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with equipment validation, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and process qualification activities
- Knowledge of MES systems, vision systems, robotics, and data acquisition platforms
