## Required

- 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments
- Deep familiarity with LLM inference and model serving (batching, quantization, latency/throughput tradeoffs)
- Multi-tenant systems experience (isolation, quota management, SLA enforcement)
- Experience with fine-tuning and alignment workflows
- Proven ability to build execution frameworks in unstructured environments
- Exceptional executive communication and data-driven reporting
- Daily use of AI tools for program execution and risk detection
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority

## Nice to have

- 1+ years building platforms or services for AI inference or training
- Direct experience governing model onboarding across GPU generations with firmware and driver validation
- Coaching or mentoring experience for junior TPMs
- Multi-site or globally distributed team experience
- Background at Series D–F company or high-performing AI infrastructure team at a hyperscaler
