- 4+ years as Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or Functional Consultant in ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Ability to create process documentation, workflows, and requirement specifications
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for client-facing workshops
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Legal right to work in Hungary without visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist)
- ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certification
- Experience with HR or SPM modules
- ServiceNow platform configuration knowledge
- Change management, training, or adoption support experience
- Previous consulting experience in an international environment
- German language proficiency
